We are here to support our patients with learning disabilities.
We proactively invite our patients with a learning disability for an annual health check. All aspects of your health are discussed at the annual health check and your health action plan is updated.
We have information available in ‘easy read’ format. For any patients who require information in an ‘easy read format, please contact reception who will email or post the information. This includes information on regular screening, such as breast screening, cervical screening, bowel screening etc.
